Consent to Receive Informational and Marketing Communications

Hereby I (hereinafter, the "Personal Data Subject"), in fulfillment of the requirements of Part 1 of Article 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ "On Advertising" of March 13, 2006, freely, by my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to D1 Capital LLC, OGRN 1247700661768 dated October 7, 2024, INN 9703192550, KPP 770301001, registered address: 123112, Moscow, Presnenskaya nab., 8, bldg. 1, premises 282s, represented by the General Director Danila Nikolaevich Ladnyuk (hereinafter, the "Operator"), to send me, to the contact details I have provided on the website https://d1capital.ru/ (hereinafter, the "Website") (phone number and/or email), messages for informational, advertising, and advertising-informational purposes about the Operator's services, namely communications about events, content, promotions, and other types of an informational and advertising nature, and to the processing of my personal data for the specified purpose under the following conditions:

Consent is given to receive marketing communications by the following means:

  • SMS communications;
  • push notifications;
  • by email;
  • over telecommunications networks, including by means of telephone, facsimile, and mobile radiotelephone communication;
  • messages on social networks and messengers.

List of personal data:

  • Last name, first name, patronymic;
  • Phone number;
  • Email address.

Hereby I warrant that the subscriber phone numbers and/or email addresses I have provided on the Website belong to me. In the event that I cease using the subscriber phone number and/or email address provided on the Website, I undertake to inform the Operator thereof. By providing on the Website a subscriber phone number and/or email address belonging to a third party, I warrant that I have obtained the consent of that third party to receive marketing communications from the Operator in accordance with this Consent.

I agree that the purpose of processing personal data is to provide information about the Operator's upcoming events and news, promotions, services, goods, and products.

I confirm that I am aware that the processing of personal data is carried out both with the use of automation tools and without the use of such tools.

Hereby I warrant that this consent is specific, subject-matter-defined, informed, conscious, and unambiguous.

Hereby I confirm that any action I take by clicking the "Submit", "Register", "Sign up", or "Leave a request" button, or by placing a "✓" mark on the corresponding blocks on the website https://d1capital.ru/, constitutes a sufficient form of consent and allows the parties to confirm the fact of obtaining such consent, and no other evidence to additionally confirm my free expression of will shall be required.

I have been informed that, upon giving consent, I grant the Operator the right to carry out the following actions (operations) with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction.

I confirm that I am aware that at any time throughout the entire period of validity of this consent I have the right to withdraw my consent and unsubscribe from receiving communications, either by an oral request to the Operator or by following the corresponding link present in any advertising message from the Operator. I have been informed that marketing communications and the processing of personal data are carried out until the individual unsubscribes from the communications by following the special "Unsubscribe from mailing" link in the messages sent or by sending a corresponding request to the email address: info@d1capital.ru

This consent is valid until the personal data subject submits a request to cease the processing of personal data in accordance with Part 2 of Article 15 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of July 27, 2006, or for 5 (five) years.
