User Agreement

LLC "D1 Capital"

This User Agreement (hereinafter — the Agreement) governs the relationship between LLC "D1 Capital" (hereinafter — https://d1capital.ru/ or the Administration) on the one hand, and the user of the website on the other.

By using the website, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

1. Subject of the Agreement

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

  • copy information to other websites with the permission of the website Administration;

  • use the website's information for commercial purposes with the permission of the Administration;
  • use the website's information for commercial purposes with the permission of the rights holders.

2.2. The Administration has the right to:

  • at its own discretion and as necessary, create, amend, and cancel rules;
  • restrict access to any information on the website;
  • create, modify, and delete information;
  • delete accounts;
  • refuse registration without giving reasons.

2.3. The User undertakes to:

  • ensure the accuracy of the information provided;
  • keep personal data secure from access by third parties;
  • update the personal data provided at registration if it changes;
  • not copy information from other sources;
  • not disseminate information aimed at the propaganda of war, the incitement of national, racial, or religious hatred and enmity, as well as other information for the dissemination of which criminal or administrative liability is provided;

  • not register an account on behalf of or in place of another person, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
  • not post materials of an advertising, erotic, pornographic, or offensive nature, as well as other information the posting of which is prohibited or contrary to the norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation;
  • not use scripts (programs) for the automated collection of information and/or interaction with the Website and its Services.

2.4. The Administration undertakes to:

  • maintain the operability of the website, except in cases where this is impossible for reasons beyond the Administration's control;
  • provide comprehensive protection of the User's account;
  • protect information whose dissemination is restricted or prohibited by law, by issuing a warning or by deleting the account of the user who violated the rules;
  • provide all available information about the User to the authorized public authorities in the cases established by law.

3. Liability of the Parties

  • The User personally bears full responsibility for the information they disseminate.
  • The Administration bears no responsibility for any discrepancy between the services expected by the User and those actually received.
  • The Administration bears no responsibility whatsoever for services provided by third parties.

4. Terms of Validity of the Agreement

This Agreement enters into force upon any use of this website.

The Agreement ceases to be valid upon the appearance of its new version.

The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement at its own discretion.

When the Agreement is amended, in some cases, the Administration may notify users in a manner convenient to it.
